PVF, Placerville, CA
I like northern California for the greenery and clear skies, so I always enjoy checking out the various airports. Unfortunately, California is also over-regulated and apparently not many airports are willing to accept the responsibilities of courtesy vehicles. As a result, Placerville offered little more than a fuel stop. |

Placerville airport sits alone atop a small mesa. There are no courtesy vehicles and no obvious way into town, so this was little more than a fuel stop. |
